Before you share your medical records, we explain what information is needed, how it will be used, and who may receive it. We request your consent before sharing records with hospitals or other providers involved in your agreed services. Please review our Privacy Policy for details.
Before paid services begin, we confirm your selected package, included support, fees, and expected deliverables. Any charges for initial consultations are explained in advance. We also explain the applicable cancellation and refund terms, and agree on any changes to scope or additional costs before proceeding.
If a hospital changes your appointment, a doctor becomes unavailable, or additional documents are needed, we help coordinate the next steps and keep you informed. The scope and duration of post-visit support are specified in your service agreement, with any additional assistance arranged separately.

Medical records organization means checking, classifying, arranging, and compiling existing documents. It does not include medical diagnosis or treatment advice. Clinical assessments, treatment plans, and medical follow-up are provided by the relevant medical institutions and physicians.
Hospital appointments, online assessments, and supporting documents are subject to hospital confirmation. Visa applications are decided by the relevant authorities.
Before payment, we will confirm the included services, deliverables, fee breakdown, service period, additional charges, and cancellation and refund terms. Any additional chargeable services will be explained in advance and arranged only after your confirmation.
Plan Ahead for Changes in Your Care
A longer hospital stay or the need for intensive care or additional nursing support may increase room, monitoring, testing and medication costs. Allowing some flexibility in your budget can help you prepare for changes in inpatient care.
New findings, your response to treatment or your recovery progress may lead the physician to recommend further tests, changes to treatment or additional procedures. These decisions are made by the treating physician, with revised charges explained by the hospital.
Certain specialist medicines, imported implants and medical supplies may be charged separately. When reviewing a treatment estimate, check which products and quantities are included and whether any items carry additional charges.
Follow-up appointments or changes in recovery time may affect accommodation, transport and return travel. Alongside medical costs, consider potential expenses for extra nights, flight changes and an accompanying person’s extended stay.
Seeking care abroad involves your health, your budget and important personal decisions. At ANTU, we are committed to providing clear information, honest communication and support that respects your needs and choices.
We take your healthcare needs seriously, alongside your budget, language preferences, timing and family circumstances. These priorities guide how we help you explore medical resources and support options.
ANTU focuses on connecting you with medical resources and coordinating care. Assessments of your condition, diagnoses and treatment recommendations are provided by appropriately qualified physicians and medical institutions.
You are welcome to ask questions, compare options and take time to consider your next step. We respect your decision about whether to continue an inquiry, which support services to use and whether to travel to China for care.
You deserve to understand what you are paying for. We clearly explain what your package includes, which services cost extra and which medical expenses still require confirmation from the hospital, so you can make an informed choice.
We value accurate communication and are open about what remains uncertain. Every patient’s situation is different. We do not promise a particular treatment outcome or recovery timeline, and we help you seek clarification from your physician about what to expect.
Your medical records and health information deserve careful handling. We use and share relevant information for the purposes you have authorized, limit it to what is needed for the service and restrict access. You can contact us with questions about how your information is used.
