Building Reliable Partnerships
With AntuCare
Connect Your Patients With Medical Care in China
Building a Global Integrated Healthcare Network
For us, healthcare partnership is not simply about transferring a patient from one organization to another.
It is about making sure that as a patient moves between countries, languages, and healthcare systems, every party understands its role, information is communicated clearly, and medical decisions remain where they belong — between the patient and qualified healthcare professionals. That is the kind of partnership AntuCare wants to build.

Partnership Models
From Referral to Care.
AntuCare supports different types of cross-border healthcare partnerships depending on the role, patient population, and service model of each organization.
Rather than applying one fixed cooperation structure, we work with partners based on their actual needs and the type of support required in China.
For medical service providers, cross-border healthcare organizations, and patient referral agencies that already support patients seeking medical care outside their home country.
Partners can refer patients who are considering medical care in China to AntuCare. We provide China-side coordination, including medical resource matching, case communication, and support with subsequent care arrangements, while maintaining necessary communication with the referring organization.
For hospitals, clinics, physician groups, and professional medical networks seeking cross-border clinical connections with medical resources in China.
Collaboration may include specialist access, second opinions, case discussions, multidisciplinary consultation, or coordination for further evaluation and treatment.
Clinical assessment and medical decisions remain the responsibility of the qualified healthcare professionals involved. AntuCare supports the communication and coordination required to make the collaboration possible.
For insurance companies, medical assistance providers, and international assistance networks supporting members or beneficiaries who require medical care in China.
When an insured member or assistance case requires local medical support, AntuCare can help coordinate access to relevant healthcare providers, appointments, communication, and other practical arrangements in China.
For multinational companies, corporate healthcare providers, global mobility organizations, and service providers supporting expatriates and international employees in China.
AntuCare can provide local healthcare navigation and coordination when international employees, expatriates, or visiting staff need medical care during their time in China.
What AntuCare Brings to the Partnership
You remain connected to your patient. AntuCare coordinates the China side.
Our Role & Partnership Principles
Clear Responsibilities. Responsible Partnerships.
AntuCare provides healthcare coordination and patient support services.
We do not replace hospitals or physicians, and we do not independently diagnose conditions, prescribe medication, or determine treatment plans.
Clinical assessment and treatment decisions remain the responsibility of qualified medical professionals.
Our role is to help connect the people and information involved in the process so that cross-border care can move forward more clearly and efficiently.
Our Role in the Partnership
AntuCare acts as a China-side healthcare coordination partner, helping international organizations connect their patients’ healthcare needs with relevant medical resources and support services in China.
Our responsibilities may include organizing medical information, coordinating communication with hospitals and specialists, assisting with medical assessments or appointment arrangements, and supporting patients during their care journey in China. The specific scope of our involvement depends on the nature of the partnership and the requirements of each case.
We see our role as an extension of our partners’ coordination capabilities in China, rather than a replacement for their existing services.
Our Partnership Principles
01|Clear Roles & Responsibilities
Every organization involved in a patient’s healthcare journey has its own responsibilities.
Before moving forward with a case, we aim to clarify the scope of cooperation, the responsibilities of each party, and how communication and coordination will be handled.
For referral partners, this may include defining how patient communication and case updates are managed. For medical institutions, it means maintaining a clear distinction between clinical responsibilities and administrative coordination.
We believe that clear responsibilities help prevent misunderstandings and allow everyone involved to work more effectively.
02|Transparent Communication
Cross-border cases often involve several parties working in different locations and time zones. We believe partners should have a clear understanding of how a case is progressing, what information is still needed, and whether any circumstances may affect the next stage of coordination.
Within the agreed cooperation framework and applicable patient authorizations, AntuCare aims to maintain clear communication with relevant parties throughout the process.
When an arrangement changes, additional information is requested, or a hospital requires further evaluation, we work to communicate these developments rather than leave partners uncertain about what happens next.
03|Patient Consent & Data Privacy
Medical records contain highly sensitive personal information. In cross-border cooperation, patient information may need to pass between referring organizations, coordination teams, and healthcare providers. Such exchanges should be handled carefully and only when necessary for the agreed purpose.
AntuCare aims to collect, use, and share patient information within the scope of appropriate authorization and applicable data protection requirements.
We also encourage our partners to establish clear procedures for obtaining patient consent and handling medical information before a case is transferred.
04|Medical Independence
AntuCare provides healthcare coordination and patient support services. We are not a hospital and do not independently provide medical diagnosis or treatment.
Medical assessments, diagnoses, treatment recommendations, and clinical decisions remain the responsibility of qualified healthcare professionals and the medical institutions involved.Hospital acceptance, treatment availability, and clinical outcomes cannot be guaranteed by AntuCare.
Our responsibility is to facilitate appropriate communication and coordination without interfering with independent medical judgment.
05|Respect for Existing Patient Relationships
We understand that many of our partners have spent years building relationships with their patients, members, or clients.
Working with AntuCare should not require an organization to give up those relationships or change the way it serves its patients.Depending on the agreed cooperation model, partners may continue managing their existing patient relationships while AntuCare handles the relevant coordination in China.
Our goal is to complement the capabilities of our partners and maintain appropriate communication between everyone involved, while respecting the patient’s own choices and rights.
06|Clear Service Scope & Cooperation Terms
Not every partnership requires the same services or commercial arrangements.
A single patient referral, an ongoing medical assistance relationship, and a hospital collaboration may involve different responsibilities, operational requirements, and cost structures.
Before beginning cooperation, we aim to clarify the services involved, applicable fees, communication arrangements, and any additional requirements relevant to the partnership.
Where necessary, these arrangements can be documented through an appropriate cooperation agreement.
